Exchange & Refund Policy

We understand that true style requires the perfect fit. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our exchange process is designed to be effortless.

You may exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all brand tags intact.

To initiate an exchange, simply contact our support team to arrange a courier pickup or visit one of our Experience Centres.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be dispatched. In cases where a suitable replacement is unavailable, we offer full refunds via your original payment method or as RacRolls Store Credit, processed within 7–10 business days.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as innerwear or altered garments cannot be exchanged.
